About the Founder
Richin Jose is currently an Assistant Professor at Indira School of Business Studies PGDM, Pune and the founder of The FUSS, started with a mission to build a thriving startup ecosystem for full-stack startups.
With over 8 years of experience in startups and entrepreneurship, has developed skills and expertise in business model innovation. He has worked in a couple of startups in different stages of their startup life in different roles, building things from the ground up.
He was the architect and head of RiseUPreneurs program at JAIN LaunchPad, a one-of-a-kind program with the mission to help startups either fail fast and fast cheap or achieve PMF.
He has conducted business model sessions for incubators like Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre, Forge and at an internationally for Startup Peru.
He was an equity crowdfund investor, having invested in 10 startups across various sectors, including tech hardware, e-commerce, sharing economy, and cleantech. And among them, two are B Corp certified and one was recognized by Time Magazine in their Best Inventions of 2022 list.
He also published his Perspective Paper in CMR Insights of California Management Review, one of the top 3 practitioner journals (management) in the world.
